Suzanne’s genius is teaching leaders and senior teams how to create and foster environments where all team members are inspired, encouraged, and provided the freedom and skills to operate at full potential toward a common goal.

A seasoned expert in instructional design and workshop facilitation, Suzanne partners with her clients to customize the perfect programs that exceed expectations and accomplish their needs.

With 30+ years professional experience in management and coaching combined with her extensive studies in the psychology of human behavior and the neuroscience of leadership, Suzanne’s proven, science-based systems approach to talent development has made her a go-to speaker, coach and facilitator for Fortune 50 organizations, executive groups, start-ups, professional associations, non-profits and educational institutions.

Her successes with the application of Neuroleadership to her work led her to establish and Chair the Vancouver Neuroleadership Institute Affiliated Interest Group from 2013-2015.

Suzanne is a Past President and active member of ICF Vancouver, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is certified in numerous leadership assessments and methodologies.

She has completed the following degrees and certificates:
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Laval University (Quebec)
  • Post-Graduate Certificate (PGC) with Distinction in Neuroleadership, Institute of Neuroleadership (New York)
  • PGC in Public Health, Brighton University (United Kingdom)

Bilingual in English and French, Suzanne lives life to the fullest in North Vancouver with her British husband, daughter and son. Humour is a must to survive in their household!
